With more than 30 years of legal experience, I have been focusing on collections work from my New York law firm since 1992. I represent a spectrum of creditors, from businesses and individuals to other attorneys and insurance companies, converting accounts receivable and judgments into money for my clients.

Since opening my solo law firm in 1985, I have developed a successful, tightly focused practice, representing clients for matters including:

  • Debt collection: I began focusing on debt collections in 1992. With nearly 20 years of experience, I know how to get the money that is owed to you.
  • Insurance subrogation: I have more than 15 years of experience with recovery and loss shifting for insurance companies through subrogation. As a White Plains insurance subrogation attorney, I handle property damage recovery, medical insurance recovery, auto accident recovery and other types of subrogation cases.
  • Post-judgment enforcement: I enable clients to turn judgments into money. Many attorneys are great at bringing a lawsuit and winning a judgment at trial, but you can’t cash a court judgment at the bank. Someone has to force the defendant to pay the money ordered by the court.

Clients come to me at every stage of the collections process. In some cases I start a case right at the beginning with initial contact to the debtor. Other times, clients come to me much later in the process, after a court as already ordered payment, and then I take the steps to enforce that judgment. Whatever stage you are at in that process, the sooner you contact me, the more information I can provide and the more I can do to get you the money you are owed.
